- Accommodation in Ski Lodge - See page two of the booking confirmation for specific check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in takes place from 15.00. You collect the key card in your check-in box, which you can find on the overview map above.
You will receive the code for the locker by text message when the accommodation is ready for check-in. SMS goes out between 12.00 - 15.00 - If your accommodation has digital check-in, you will receive an SMS on the day of arrival with more information.
- If you have forgotten to book the final city, please do so on 054–13 26 00. We reserve the right that the final city may be fully booked.
- Let us know no later than 11.00 the day after arrival if anything in the accommodation is not to your satisfaction.

Check out
Check-out must take place no later than 11.00 a.m. unless otherwise stated on the arrival envelope. If you have booked the last city, check-out is at 10.00. Check-out is done by leaving the key in the apartment or in the box where you picked it up. Pay attention and make sure you bring everything with you before departure. We do not replace forgotten items financially, but of course send back what we find for an administrative cost of SEK 100 plus postage.
If you have ordered final cleaning, the accommodation must be empty, rubbish emptied, dishes clean and the key returned no later than the check-out times above.
