Book safely with Kungsberget's price and snow guarantee

When you book a skiing holiday in Kungsberget, you should be able to feel safe – regardless of whether you book far in advance or close to arrival.

That's why we have both a snow guarantee and a price guarantee. You should simply be able to feel confident that you will get the ski holiday you have booked at a good price.

Snow guarantee – skiing all season long

Skiing is obviously the most important thing when you book a winter holiday, which is why we guarantee the lowest level of skiing throughout the winter season.

What do we guarantee?

We guarantee:
-at least five open slopes
-of which at least one continuous descent from the top
-skiing for children and beginners

This means that there will be skiing for different levels even during periods when the entire facility is not yet open.

Temporarily closed lifts or slopes due to weather, wind or technical problems are not covered by the snow guarantee.

If we do not meet the snow guarantee

If we cannot meet the snow guarantee, you can choose to rebook your trip or get your money back.

Until 11:00 AM the day after arrival, you can choose to cancel your stay and:
-get the full amount refunded, or
-rebook the trip to another date or to Branäs.

Price guarantee – the same price even if you book early

With us, it pays to book when it suits you.

Prices for our accommodations are set before they go on sale and do not decrease during the season, so you don't have to wait for a last-minute discount to get a better price.

Can you still find a lower price?

If the same accommodation during the same period is offered at a lower price after you have booked, we will refund the difference.

Rebooking and cancellation

If you want even more flexibility before your trip, you can add our cancellation protection.

With this, you can, depending on how long it is until arrival and the reason for the cancellation, rebook or cancel your trip.
