In two bedrooms there is a double bed (one downstairs and one in the loft), in one bedroom there are two bunk beds and in one bedroom there is a bunk bed with a wider bottom shelf (120 cm)
The 2 extra beds are in a sofa bed in the living room in the loft. There are also 2 cots that can be placed wherever you wish.

Bathroom
In the accommodation there are two bathrooms with WC and shower. In one bathroom there is a sauna. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails in both. Washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

Kungshöjden 23 was completed in the spring of 2023 and with its 120 square meters is one of Kungsberget's largest residences with 12 permanent beds spread over 4 bedrooms. Large loft, hipped roof and a pleasant open floor plan for kitchen and living room.
There are two bathrooms with shower, own sauna and washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is also equipped with an FTX ventilation unit to create a good indoor climate. On the large balcony with a seating area with a table and a bench table, you can enjoy the winter/summer sun. Convenient location near the slope and lift for ski-in/ski-out as well as for bike tours. Electric car charger. Wifi connection throughout the house.
