Check-in and check-out

This is how check-in and check-out works:  

Spring inCheck-in and check-out are done digitally without a traditional reception on site, which means you get all the information directly on your mobile phone. When you book an accommodation, you will have access to My pages where you can see which times apply to your accommodation and whether you check in with a key or code lock. Before your arrival and departure, we will also send you a text message with details on how to check in and out with us.

Check-in

Check-in times: 

  • Regular check-in: from 15:00. 
  • Ski Lodge with late arrival: from 17:00.  

How to check in: 

  • Accommodation with code lock: You will receive the code for the lock in your check-in text message and can then go directly to your accommodation.
  • Key card: You will receive a text message when the accommodation is ready for check-in, the key card is in an arrival envelope in the accommodation area. check-in box.
     

Check out 

Check-out times

  • Regular check-out: at the latest 11:00 
  • If you have booked final cleaning: at the latest 10:00  
  • Ski Lodge or late check-out: times vary. See what applies to your accommodation at My pages. 

How to check out 

  • Before your departure you will receive a text message with your checkout link. Check out via that link when you're ready to leave.
  • If you had key card or code card you leave it at the location specified in the text message.
