Come and have fun during a day filled with activities for the whole family!

Gather the family and join us on July 4th for a full day filled with fun activities for both adults and children. The day starts with everyone having the chance to test their technique on the pump track, where bikes are available for loan.

At 11:40 the children's running race starts, where everyone crosses the finish line as a winner. Before the start, Björnbusen holds a joint warm-up to get their energy up and get in the right running spirit. All participating children receive ice cream at the finish line.

After a day filled with activity, the community continues with afterbike at Fröken Filipsson, where we hope to enjoy the summer evening together on the outdoor terrace.

All activities are free.

10:00 – Facility opens
10:00-11:00 Try the pump track
11:30 – 11:40 Warm-up for the Adventure Race
11:40 – Adventure race, 1.2 km run
13:30-15:00 Try the pump track
16:00 – Afterbike at Fröken Filipssons
