A warm welcome to Kungsberget and our residential areas. With us you will find everything from modern apartments in classic lodge style to modern and comfortable accommodation with ski in-ski out.

Kungslodgen

These spacious and cozy apartments, with as many as eight beds, you will find in Kungslodgen right next to Västliftarna, which takes you all the way to the top. Kitchens are located in the apartments, but if you want to enjoy dinner at a restaurant, you can quickly get to Ski Lodge, Miss Filipsson's and Sofia's Pizzeria without even having to go outside the front door. The apartments on the slopes have a balcony.
Ski Lodge

Stay right in the center of the resort with everything you need at a convenient distance. In these cozy apartments you live with a restaurant in the same building and lifts and slopes right outside the door. Ski Lodge also offers the possibility of self-catering. Some apartments include linen and final cleaning.
Ski Apartments

Apartments with a hard-to-beat location right on the hill and with a lovely view of the facility's center. With walking distance to both lifts and restaurants, you have everything you need for a perfect skiing holiday.
Prinshöjden

Do you want to live in our largest cottages right on the hill? At Prinshöjden you will find modern and cozy cottages with a fantastic location next to the popular hill Kungens Kurva. Some of the cottages are built with a loft and an open gable roof. All cottages also have a sauna for you to get the perfect relaxation after a wonderful day on the slopes.
The shelf

Modern and comfortable apartments with open floor plan. Here you can glide directly out to Västliftarna and get up to the top, or head to the restaurants and away towards Kungs8, which is a stone's throw from here.
Åhus

Our largest apartments, with up to 12 beds, are located at the foot of the main slopes in the center of Kungsberget. Here you have the facility's two chairlifts at close range, so getting straight to the slopes in the morning is as easy as can be. Ski rentals and restaurants are also close by.
The square

On Torget you will find cozy apartments that are perfect for a small family. With the central location in the middle of Kungsberget's center, you can reach both slopes and restaurants quickly and easily. The fact that the ski rental is located in the same building also makes it easy if you need help with equipment.
Björnstugorna

With the location right by Björnbuseland, Björnstugorna is perfect for families with children. Go out on the children's slopes immediately when you wake up and then move quickly and easily towards our more challenging slopes. Restaurants and ski rentals are also close by.
Kungsstugorna

These modern cottages are a perfect option for the smaller family. Here you are close to slopes and restaurants and also get, thanks to the large panoramic window facing the slopes, a beautiful view of the facility.
Solbacken

Stay with Kungsberget's most magnificent views! Solbacken's apartments are located on a hill where you can look out over the entire facility. In addition to its location with fantastic views and walking distance to slopes and restaurants, Solbacken offers well-planned accommodation with plenty of space for a large family who want to enjoy a skiing holiday together.
Terraces

Family-friendly and cozy apartments in close proximity to Björnbuseland. Here you have proximity to everything you need for a wonderful skiing holiday. Everything from restaurants and ski rentals to lifts and slopes are within walking distance of the apartments. The ground-floor apartments on the terrace also have both a sauna and a wood-burning stove.
The porch

Family accommodation right by Björnbuseland! In these charming apartments you can stay with the whole family with Ski in / ski out location and proximity to both restaurants and ski rental.
Skogsbrovägen

On Skogsbrovägen you live with a beautiful view of the slopes and close to everything you need on a skiing holiday. Here you will find cozy and well-planned accommodation with plenty of space for the whole family and both slopes and restaurants at a convenient distance.
Kungshöjden

Cozy mountain cabin with good storage, underfloor heating and a generous balcony deck overlooking Kungsberget, perfect place to relax after a day of skiing on the slopes. Kungshöjden is located in our new area, Kungens By, with convenient ski in - ski out to both lift and piste.
Panoramic

Panorama is a nature-inspired accommodation with large panoramic windows that offer a view of the ski slope, the forest or open landscapes. In direct connection to the area you will find our new lift and ski slope and in just a couple of minutes you are in the heart of Kungsberget. In addition, there is a common barbecue area in the area.
Backgläntan

Live comfortably and modernly in the newly built Backgläntan. Ski in - ski out to our new lift and ski slope in Kungens By and a short distance to restaurants and après ski.
