This is how it works
When you book equipment with us, you always do it via the website, therefore it is always best to pre-book when you are sitting at home where you have time to measure and weigh. There is no possibility to book on site in the ski rental.
After you have booked, you will receive two text messages to the mobile number you provided. One that confirms your booking and one when your equipment is ready to be picked up. Go to the booth number that is in the text message and test to make sure your equipment fits, if you need help on site there are of course staff available. Since everything is already paid for, just bring the skis to the cabin when everything fits perfectly. We also offer free delivery, which you can read about further down the page.

Free delivery and pick-up
If you book ski equipment for at least 2 days, we offer free delivery and collection of your equipment. Simply put, more skiing for the money! When it's time to go home, you can choose to leave the equipment in the accommodation or go for a few rides before returning everything to the ski rental. Already booked accommodation? Click here to add equipment to your accommodation.
If you have your own ski boots with you, and order a ride, you must go past the ski rental to get the skis canceled as all ski boots have different outer dimensions.
Cancel the delivery
Have you booked a delivery and would like to receive them earlier than the accommodation's check-in time? Contact Guest Service no later than 08:00 two days before your arrival to collect them from the ski rental.
Equipment deliveries only take place on arrival days. The cut-off time for booking deliveries is 08:00 two days before arrival.

Security package
Security packages protect against unnecessary expenses in the event of rented equipment being stolen or in the event of an accident. Does not cover damage to equipment in the event of clear signs of careless handling, such as: scratches arising when riding outside a marked descent or in a car park. Deductible in the event of theft, steel edge breakage or broken ski costs SEK 300.
Free delivery and pick-up
If you pre-book one of our complete packages for at least two days, we offer delivery to your accommodation. Delivery takes place only on Thursdays and Sundays.
