News on the slopes for the 25/26 season
Ahead of winter, we have invested heavily in strengthening the snow system throughout Kungsberget. This means a safer start to the season, more snow-sure slopes and even more wonderful skiing experiences for the whole family, less dependent on the weather.
Expanded and improved snow system
The West Lifts
- A completely new snow system in the lift street means that we can now put snow in both lifts at the same time.
- The trail also has fixed snow cannons that allow us to open the lift faster when the cold weather arrives.
Familjebacken
- We are reinforcing with three modern snow cannons that can handle snow production even at milder temperatures.
The Coffee Break/The Tour
- Here we have installed a fixed snow system that provides faster start-up and increased efficiency.
Gammelbacken and Gammelflacken
- New snow cannons with high capacity that produce a lot of snow on cold winter days, while also being able to start up and start producing snow when it's not so cold.
The ski school hill
- We install multiple electrical outlets to increase the possibilities for laying snow even during milder periods.
The South Lifts
The trail has received a reinforced snow system at the descent.
